Shipping Information for Gifts and Giggle Winks

At Gifts and Giggle Winks, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service. Please allow up to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your items to be shipped, though we often ship sooner. All orders are shipped via USPS (U.S. Postal Service) from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your convenience.

For deliveries within the USA, you can expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days after it has been shipped. Please note that if you pay using an e-check through PayPal, your order will ship only after the payment has cleared.

If you haven't received your tracking number within 3 business days, please check your junk/spam folder. If you still cannot locate it, feel free to email us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Once your order is in the hands of the U.S. Postal Service, any issues or concerns regarding shipment should be directed to them. You can contact the USPS directly at usps.com or by calling (800) 275-8777. If your tracking information shows that your shipment has been marked as "DELIVERED," please reach out to your local post office to resolve any delivery issues. We, unfortunately, cannot correct delivery problems, as they are managed by the U.S. Postal Service.
